Timely article….I’m in Northern Utah, Cache County, specifically. We had less than a hundred cases of COVID-19 in the local health district (3 counties including ours). And then Utah decided it was time to open up more. We suddenly had a spike in Cache Valley of COVID cases. Where…? You guessed it: the meatpacking plant. *sigh*
